A Productive Kitchen

It’s that time of year:

Roma tomatoes and basil from the garden
Tomatoes, blanched, peeled and chopped, with garlic and basil
Cooking…
Nearly ready…
I may need to grow more tomatoes next year (image shows one not-quite full pint jar of tomato sauce)

And then there’s the salsa

Tomato’s and tomatillos from the CSA
Rehydrating habañeros I grew and dried last year (this was way too much for my needs!)
Super-spicy salsa!!
